How to Book

Email, phone or fax us to enquire about availability, or use our on-line booking form.

We will respond with answers to any questions (e.g. prices and availability)

Once your dates and cottage are chosen we will forward a booking form for you to complete or you can complete the booking form on-line and a copy will be sent to you for you to review and return, along with your deposit.

At this point the cottage is booked as an "Enquiry" in our calendar which means that we will hold it for 48 hours to allow you to:

Complete and return the form with your deposit. We ask you to pay either 50% or £300 (whichever is the smaller) as a deposit to guarantee your booking. This is 100% refundable up to 1 month from your booking; 50% between 1 month and 7 days; within 7 days it is non-refundable. Payments can be made by: Cheque, Switch/Debit (no charge), Credit Card (if you can avoid using your credit card we will pass on the 2% saving by reducing your bill by the same amount) or Cash.

We will then send out a deposit receipt to confirm your booking in writing.
