  • » 3 acres of grass per horse. (Total of 90 acres split into various fields of between 1 and 10 acres).

  • » Two indoor riding schools.
  • »Jumping paddock.
  • » Field shelters
  • » Swanston Farm is ideally located on the southern edge of the City of Edinburgh inside the Pentland Regional Park.
  • There is a total of 700 acres of land at Swanston:
  • » 300 acres on the hill for riding
  • » 200 acres of acres of low ground
  • » A cross-country course has recently been laid out winding its way around the farm, through a new plantation of 15,000 trees.

Grass-livery is currently £130 pcm (£30 per week)
DIY livery boxes are available at an extra £30 per month
