Swanston Steading
The original farm steading buildings have all been converted into high-quality, open-plan office accommodation of 50 to 500 square metres. The project took two years and was completed in Spring 2003. All but one office were let within 3 months of completion.
This photo shows the view from the north east corner of the larger courtyard, looking south west with the Pentland Hills in the background.
News:
Due to relocations and the opening of the new Swanston bar / restaurant building (with new offices on the top floor) some offices are available at Swanston Steading for the first time since 2004.
