There are 10 cottages in the village which ate available to let on a min 6 mths short assured tenancy agreement. Mostly these cottages are stone built with slate roofs but there are 2 thatched cottages which are also available to let. All cottages are 2 bedroomed apart form one, which is one bedroom. All cottages have modern facilities including Gas central heating. Prices range from £500 - £650 pcm. (Left to Right) Numbers: 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8. The Village of Swanston is made up of two distinct parts: the more recently constructed slate-roofed cottages (c1900) in the lower part (right) and the older thatched cottages, in the top half (below) of the village. |
