The Village of Swanston is made up of two
distinct parts: the more recently constructed slate-roofed
cottages (c1900) in the lower part (right) and the older thatched cottages, in the top half
(below) of
the village.

The thatched cottages are all privately owned and
therefore not available for leasing via Swanston Farm.

Numbers: 3, 4, and 5.
The slate-roofed houses, numbers 1, 2, 3,
4, 5 and 6 Swanston Cottages, are available to let.
1 and 2 are single storey, 2 bedrooms.
3, 4, 5 and 6 are all two storey, 2 bedrooms.
Each cottage has all the modern services including gas
central heating.
